    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 容器本体の内部に、燻製される食品と木材チツ
    プなどの燻製発生源とを収容し、蓋を被せて上記
    容器を加熱し、燻煙発生源の発煙により上記食品
    を燻製する燻製器において、上記蓋に蒸気排出用
    孔を設け、該蒸気排出用孔を被覆して水分と煙を
    分断する吸湿シートを上記蓋の内壁面に圧接する
    シート止め金を、上記蓋に設けたことを特徴とす
    る燻製器用蓋。
