供給部内の液剤を、該供給部と主槽との境界部位

液剤の一部を主槽の底部近傍部位に、他の一部を
前記供給部へと戻すようにし、以て主槽内の液剤
を循環させつつ被塗布物に対する液剤の塗布処理
を行わせるように成したことを特徴とする液剤塗
