By the way, some liquid agents are likely to cause phase separation in a solvent and a resin component, or a pigment component, or to easily cause skinning on a surface portion in contact with air. When performing, it is necessary to agitate the liquid agent in the tank and always homogenize the liquid agent.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention has been made for the purpose of providing a liquid agent tank device for keeping a liquid agent uniform without agitating and preventing surface skinning. The gist is to provide a receiving part and a supply part adjacent to the main tank for immersing the article to be coated with the liquid agent, to allow the liquid agent inside the main tank to overflow and be received by the receiving part, and to collect the liquid agent in the supplying part. While overflowing the weir formed at the boundary part between the supply part and the main tank so as to flow into the main tank, a part of the liquid agent overflowed to the receiving part is provided at another part near the bottom of the main tank. The part is returned to the supply part so that the liquid agent in the main tank is circulated to apply the liquid agent to the object to be coated.

(Operation and Effect of the Invention) As described above, in the device of the present invention, the liquid agent in the main tank overflows to the receiving portion and is then returned to the vicinity of the bottom portion of the main tank. That is, the surface layer portion of the liquid agent in the main tank is returned to the bottom, and the liquid agent is constantly circulated. This effectively prevents the liquid agent from being phase-separated into each component.

Further, since the device of the present invention keeps the concentration uniform by circulating the liquid agent without depending on the stirring, foaming does not occur at that time.

The device of the present invention further has a feature that it is possible to prevent the skin phenomenon of the surface layer of the liquid agent in contact with air. This skinning is caused by evaporation of the solvent component, but in the device of the present invention, the surface layer of the liquid agent in the main layer constantly overflows to the receiving section, while the liquid agent in the supply section also mainly overflows. It is designed to flow into the surface layer of the tank, so that the surface layer of the liquid agent in the main layer is constantly renewed and stagnation does not occur, thus preventing skinning on the surface layer of the liquid agent. In the present invention, the notches are provided at both end portions of the weir formed at the boundary between the supply section and the main tank, so that the corner portion where the stagnation of the flow is apt to occur in the tank, that is, the side wall of the main tank. It is possible to promote the liquid flow in the area where the flow resistance increases in contact with the surface, and it is possible to effectively prevent the occurrence of skinning at the same area.

In FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, 10 is a main tank for immersing an object to be coated to apply a liquid agent, and a liquid agent 12 is stored inside. In this device, the liquid agent 12 in the main tank 10 is made to flow into the receiving portion 14 by overflow, and the liquid agent 12 received in the receiving portion 14 is temporarily stored in the storage tank 16
After being stored in the main tank 10 through the flow path 20 by the pump 18.
It is designed to be returned near the bottom of the. A flow straightening plate 22 is provided at the bottom of the main tank 10 to prevent the liquid in the tank from being disturbed by the inflow of the liquid agent 12 and to guide the liquid agent 12 to the lowermost layer portion of the main tank 10. Has been done.

The liquid agent 12 from the temporary storage tank 16 is also supplied to the supply unit 26 through the flow path 24. Thus, the liquid agent 12 supplied to the supply unit 26 overflows the weir 28 formed at the boundary portion between the supply unit 26 and the main tank 10 and flows into the main tank 10.

In the apparatus of this example, the liquid agent 12 in the main tank 10 is taken out to the outside or the outside, and returned to the inside of the main tank 10 again to circulate the liquid agent 12 in the main tank 10. Therefore, the liquid agent 12 does not vertically separate in the main tank 10,
Each component is always kept uniformly dispersed and mixed.
Further, since this circulation process is performed quietly without disturbing the liquid, there is no fear that the liquid agent 12 foams in the process.

In addition, in the device of this example, the surface layer of the liquid agent 12 in the main tank 10 is constantly renewed, so that the surface area of the liquid agent is not skinned due to contact with air.

Even if the liquid agent 12 is circulated as described above, the flow resistance tends to stagnant because the flow resistance of the liquid increases at the contact portion with the side wall of the main tank 10. When such stagnation occurs, skin may be formed at the same site. However, in the device of the present example, such a problem does not occur because the flow of the notch 30 provided at both end portions of the weir 28 is particularly promoted.
