The metal plate 1 and the cladding plate 2 are placed on the stand 3 of the pressurizing equipment shown in the side cross-sectional view in FIG.
After welding, a third layer is placed on the second side of the clad plate.
A sheathed heater 5, shown in a partial side sectional view in the figure, was arranged and soldered in a high-temperature furnace via a brazing material 6.

Since the cladding plate 2 is interposed, the heat of the sheathed heater 5 is not directly transmitted to the metal plate 1, but is conducted from the cladding plate 2, so that the temperature distribution throughout the metal plate 1 is good. be. Therefore, it is widely used in a method of manufacturing a hot plate in which one side of a metal plate is heated.

Gas generation during brazing poses a problem of pollution, and furthermore, post-treatment after brazing also causes pollution and production defects in terms of equipment.

The figure is a side sectional view showing a process of press-fixing the sheathed heater 5 using a pressurizing device. In addition, the first
Fig. 3 Pressure equipment, metal plate 1 shown in conventional example
Since the sheathed heater 5 and the sheathed heater 5 use the same members, the same reference numerals will be used in the description of the method of manufacturing a hot plate according to the embodiment of the present invention described later. The method for manufacturing a hot plate of the present invention is to prepare a metal plate made of stainless steel, iron, copper, aluminum, etc.
After a thermal spraying material 7 such as copper is jetted from a thermal spray nozzle 9 to form a thermal spraying part 8, a sheathed heater 5 is placed on the surface of this thermal spraying part 8, and a pressurizing equipment stand 3 is placed.
The sheathed heater 5 is fixed to the thermal spraying part 8 by being placed on top of the thermal spraying part 8 and pressed against it from above by a pressure plate 4.

目的により、変更が可能である。 In the hot plate manufacturing method of the present invention, the sheathed heater 5
The sheathed heater 5 is fixed to the sprayed part 8 of the metal plate 1 by pressure contact, and the sheathed heater 5 has, for example, a triangular cross section. Further, the thickness of the thermal sprayed portion 8 only needs to be uniform at the portion facing the sheathed heater 5, and the thickness of the other thermal sprayed portions 8 can be changed depending on the purpose of use of the hot plate.

No high-temperature furnace is required, simplifying the work process.
Furthermore, since there is no need for processing at high temperatures, the manufacturing method is inexpensive.
