The bag filter is cleaned with cleaning liquid from above, below, left and right. At this time, the cleaning liquid is sprayed onto the surface of the bag filter and cleans the bubble filter while falling down the surface. A part of the cleaning liquid also enters the inside of the bag filter and falls. Therefore, the inside is also cleaned. Thereafter, the cleaning liquid falls to the bottom of the tank 1 and is discharged from the drain port.

Then, the motor 16 is driven to rotate the fan 15 to circulate the air in the tank 1. At this time, heating, heating section 1
7, the air circulated becomes warm air or hot air, and drying is accelerated. Fresh air enters the tank through the intake port 18, while moist air that has absorbed moisture from the bag filter wet with the cleaning liquid and various parts inside the cleaning tank I is discharged through the exhaust port 20. As a result, relatively dry warm air or hot air is constantly circulated within the cleaning tank, promoting drying of the bag filter, and drying the bag filter in a relatively short time.
