Access ropes are used to transport tools that are no longer needed, parts that have been replaced, etc. from the work area. The items to be raised or lowered can be tied directly to this rope or placed in a small basket-like basket tied to this rope, and workers at the work site can hoist or lower the items to high places. This method, which uses a rope to go back and forth between the work place and the ground, does not require the construction of special scaffolding or the use of large-scale machinery such as cranes, so it is a simple method. This is often used in reality.

The drawback was that there was a risk that the system would fall into a trap and cause an accident. It would be fine for workers on the ground to pay close attention to vehicle traffic, etc., and to tie the ropes to utility poles, steel towers, etc. when they are not in use, but it is important to tie and untie the ropes one by one. The work involved in these ropes is time-consuming and troublesome, and they are not necessarily appropriate in actual use, and there is a possibility that accidents may occur when vehicles or other vehicles become stuck on these ropes.

The rope fixing member is formed by another flexible strip to be fixed, and the loop fixing member is fixed at the center to the surface of the strip forming the endless strip, and is removably fixed at both ends with hook-and-loop fasteners. One embodiment of the present invention may be one formed by another flexible plain belt, or one using a conventionally known marker belt as a plain belt forming an endless belt.

is the main body, and three plastic-molded engagement bands 2 with hook-shaped needles standing on the surface of one end thereof are sewn at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction of the vinyl sheet 1. On the other end of the vinyl sheet 1, three plastic-molded engaging bands 3 made of cotton wool are sewn at equal intervals in the width direction of the vinyl sheet 1. The engaging band 2 on the front surface of the vinyl sheet 1 and the engaged band 3 on the back surface of the vinyl sheet 1 are attached as surface fasteners when forming the vinyl sheet 1 as an endless band.

An engagement band 7 made of the same material is sewn on. On the other hand, engaged bands 8 are sewn at positions on the surface of the vinyl sheet 1 corresponding to the engaging bands 7 at both ends. Further, reference numeral 9 denotes a rubber band, which is sewn in three places in the longitudinal direction of the vinyl sheet 1 in a stretched state. Therefore, the vinyl sheet 1 has some elasticity in the longitudinal direction. The rope safety belt 10 is constructed by the combination of the above-mentioned parts.

can be engaged with each other at a necessary position and fixed to a utility pole 12, for example, as shown in FIG. Since utility poles and steel poles have a tapered shape toward the top, the safety belt 10, once wrapped, is securely held on the utility pole or the like. Then, one end of the access line 17 lowered toward the ground by the worker 15 (illustrated in FIG. 3) on the utility pole 12 is connected to the engagement band 7 of the frenulum 5 of the access line safety belt 10 on the vinyl sheet 1. engaged band 8
Once removed, it can be firmly fixed by sandwiching it between the frenulum 5 and the vinyl sheet 1 as shown in FIG. If the carrying rope 17 is long, it can be tied into a bundle and fixed between the frenulum 5 and the vinyl sheet 1, or the carrying rope safety belt 1 can be fixed as long as it does not get caught in passing vehicles.
It is also possible to fix in such a way that the rope 17 beyond the part fixed at 0 reaches the ground.
It is also possible to use two ropes and fix the ends of the two ropes.

It can be easily and securely fixed to the safety belt 10 attached to the lower part of the safety belt 17, so that passing vehicles etc.
The problem of jeopardizing the safety of workers by causing them to get caught has been resolved. In addition, since the vinyl sheet 1 has hook-and-loop fasteners (engaging band 2 and engaged band 3) attached to both ends, the diameter of the vinyl sheet 1 formed into a ring can be varied by the length of the hook-and-loop fasteners. It can be easily but reliably fixed to utility poles, steel towers, etc. of different thicknesses (diameters). Also, it is easy to remove.

For example, a rope safety belt 10' shown in FIG. 4 has an engaging belt 2' and an engaged belt 3' at both ends of a yellow vinyl sheet 1', and the middle part of the surface thereof is similar to the above-described embodiment. Then, one end of the frenulum 25 is sewn to the vinyl sheet 1', and the other end is sewn to the engaging band 7' sewn to the frenulum 25 and the engaged band 8' sewn onto the vinyl sheet 1'. It is a yellow vinyl sheet 1' with the words ``Caution Overhead'' dyed on it, which also serves as a sign band. When work is carried out at high places such as utility poles, signs that call for the attention of passers-by such as "Be careful above your head" and "Under construction", as well as signs necessary for the work such as "Do not transmit power" are often used. ,The use of both the sign belt and the safety belt for walking ropes is
It is also suitable from the viewpoint of work efficiency and transportation. Needless to say, this embodiment has the same effect as the first embodiment in securing the rope.

Each represents a frenulum sewn onto the sheet 20. The attachment of the frenulum 25 and the vinyl sheet 20 is similar to that of the frenulum 5 of the first embodiment.
Since the installation is the same as that of the vinyl sheet 1, the explanation will be omitted. In this embodiment, the vinyl sheet 20
Snaps 30 to 31 (back side) and 32 to 34 (front side) are attached to the middle part of the vinyl sheet 20 to adjust the length by folding the middle part of the vinyl sheet 20 to the back side. Snaps 30 and 31 and snap 32 are used when attaching this safety belt to a utility pole with a small diameter, where the length cannot be adjusted only by acting as a hook-and-loop fastener formed by the engaging band 23. and 33 respectively, when the vinyl sheet 20 is made into a ring shape, the diameter is made smaller, so that it can be securely fixed to utility poles etc. with such small diameters. By fitting the snaps 30 and 31 and the snaps 32 and 34, respectively, the diameter of the ring can be further reduced. Therefore, in addition to the effects of the first embodiment, this embodiment has the advantage that the range of folding diameters that can be realized is expanded, and it can be used for utility poles, steel towers, etc. with smaller diameters.

A safety belt 10 that is attached to the top of a utility pole 12 by wrapping a commuter rope 17 that is not used by the worker.
In this case, even if vehicles with high loading platforms come and go and the rope 17 is tied at the top, the safety of the workers will not be threatened.

It is also possible to form a return rope fixing member by attaching to the surface of the endless belt a strong bag that can be used to bundle and store returnable ropes, a simple cable tie, or a hook that allows the returnable rope to be easily wrapped around. It can be considered as an example of a versatile aspect of the invention.

As a result, the end of the line used by the worker can be held securely at all times, which solves the problem of the line being hit by passing vehicles and threatening the safety of the worker. If the safety belt of the present invention is used, the safety of the worker will be sufficient to deal with this problem. In addition, according to the safety belt of the present invention, it is possible to deal with utility poles, steel towers, etc. of different thicknesses with a single safety belt, and the safety belt itself is not bulky. Excellent portability,
It also has the advantage of being able to be used anywhere and requiring no effort to attach or remove.
