  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 食品を搬送するコンベヤラインの途中にコン
    ベヤ導入口とコンベヤ出口部を除いて大略気密状
    にシールドされた処理室を設けるとともに、同処
    理室の導入口と出口部それぞれの近い処理室内の
    位置にコンベヤの搬送面との間に導入口・出口部
    に比べて狭い開口面積の開口を形成する隔壁を設
    け、導入口側と出口部側の二個所の隔壁間に挟ま
    れた処理室内空間に保鮮液の噴霧ノズルを設け、
    又導入口側処理室壁と導入口側隔壁とに囲まれた
    空間及び出口側処理室壁と出口側隔壁とに囲まれ
    た空間に空気吸引口を接続してなる食品の鮮度保
    持処理装置。 ２ 処理室の導入口及び出口部の上方室壁の下部
    が小さく区画された可撓体により形成された請求
    項１記載の食品の鮮度保持処理装置。 ３ 噴霧ノズルの前方に微細メツシユを配置した
    請求項１又は２記載の食品の鮮度保持処理装置。
