。(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, tricot using synthetic fiber multifilament yarn has a smooth and glossy knitted surface with no fuzz, and has high strength and is easy to knit, but on the other hand, it has poor moisture absorption. It had the disadvantage of being scarce. On the other hand, although tricone fabrics made from cotton threads have excellent moisture absorption, they lack smoothness due to the fuzz of the cotton threads, are lack luster, and have uneven threads, so they lack the aesthetic appearance of knitted fabrics. Due to the large variation in the number of yarns, thread breakage is likely to occur during knitting, and it is difficult to use fine cotton yarns of 80 or higher as tricot knitting yarns, making it impossible to obtain tricot knitted fabrics with a high gauge and full set of cotton yarns.
そこで、綿糸の吸湿性を生かし、かつファインゲージの

地の編成に使用することは極めて困難であった。Therefore, in order to take advantage of the hygroscopicity of cotton yarn and obtain a fine-gauge tricot knitted fabric, attempts were made to use composite yarns such as covering yarns, which are made by using cotton yarn as a core yarn and wrapping synthetic fiber filament yarn around it. However, in a covering machine, the cotton thread is passed through the center hole of the bobbin on which the filament is wound, and the filament thread unwound from the bobbin is wound around this cotton thread, so that the filament is wound around the cotton thread (covering). The point changes depending on the position of the unwinding point where the filament yarn is unwound from the bobbin and the winding diameter of the bobbin, and the wrapping becomes more uneven in the length direction of the running yarn, and therefore the yarn strength becomes more uneven. As the size increases, the minimum strength decreases, and therefore it is extremely difficult to use it for knitting fine gauge tricot knitted fabrics of 28 gauge or higher.

Although it has moisture absorption properties, it has low fuzz and yarn unevenness, and has excellent strength, and can be used for knitting fine gauge tricot, pantyhose, tights, etc.
The present invention provides yarn for l14i.

Synthetic fiber multifilament yarns with a fineness of 7 to 30 deniers are supplied in parallel, and the fleece sent out from the front roller is twisted by twisting backwards from the lower ring, and the synthetic fiber multifilament yarns are coiled around it. Wrap it into a shape.

In this case, the synthetic fiber multifilament yarn is sent out from the front roller of the spinning machine and supplied to the fleece being twisted, so there is less variation in the position of the point where the synthetic fiber multifilament yarn joins the cotton fleece. There is less variation in the wrapping in the length direction, and the average strength is improved and strength fluctuations are reduced compared to covered yarns in which synthetic multifilament yarns are wrapped around cotton yarns using a covering machine. However, if the tensile strength of the synthetic fiber multifilament yarn used is 7 g/denier, such as ordinary nylon fiber or polyester TA fiber, the strength is insufficient and the desired knitting yarn cannot be obtained. If the fineness of the synthetic fiber multifilament yarn is less than 7 denier, it shrinks and lacks strength; on the other hand, if it exceeds 30 denier, it is too large and the desired fine knitting yarn cannot be obtained.

This is a method of manufacturing roughing yarn by arranging and supplying synthetic fiber multifilament yarns with a fineness of 7 to 30 denier or more in parallel, so it cannot be used with covering yarn manufactured with a conventional covering machine or with a spinning machine. A composite yarn with greater strength and less yarn breakage during knitting was obtained compared to the core spun yarn, and this composite yarn was
It can be used for fine gauge tricot and raschel knitted fabrics of 2 or more gauges, and for pantyhose knitted at high speed. The resulting knitted fabrics have excellent W&humidity and have little fuzz and yarn unevenness. It is a smooth knitted fabric with a beautiful appearance and is suitable for lingerie, foundation, women's underwear, etc.
