Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ラジエータの銅系統の材料からなるタンク
内に、オイルクーラ本体を収容するとともに、こ
のオイルクーラ本体に固定されオイルが流通する
銅系統の材料からなるコネクタを、前記タンクに
形成される取付孔に前記タンクの内側から挿入し
、さらに、前記タンクから外部に突出した前記コ
ネクタの雄螺子部に金属製のナツトの雌螺子部を
螺合し、前記タンク、前記コネクタ、前記ナツト
を相互にろう付けしてなるオイルクーラ取付構造
において、前記ナツトの雌螺子部または前記コネ
クタの雄螺子部に、ろうが前記タンク側に流れ込
む流れ込み溝を前記ナツトの高さ方向に形成して
なることを特徴とするオイルクーラ取付構造。 (2) コネクタの雄螺子部は、その先端がナツト
の外側面よりも低くなるようにタンクから外部に
突出されている請求項１記載のオイルクーラ取付
構造。
