発明が解決しようとする課題

プから吸着ノズルの先端までの配管距離が長く応答性が
悪いため電子部品装着機の高速化に適しない等の問題点

している。11はフォークで、上下方向に2段階に昇降
するよう構成され、大ノズ/L/4を持ちあげ動作する

置で係止するロック部と、前記スライドブロックの側面
に真空回路を切替えるメカバルブを設け、前記スライド
ブロックの下降動作により、メカバルブのレバーが固定
ブロックに当接し真空回路が切替えられるよう構成する
ことにより、電子部品の大きさに応じて大、中、小のノ
ズルから最適なノズルが選択でき装着の信頼性が大幅に
向上すると共に、真空回路を切替えるメカバルブからノ
ズル先端までの配管経路が短いため高速応答性に優れ、
かつ部品吸着装置全体を小型軽量化を図9電子部品装着
