Claims (1)
- ケーシング内をダイヤフラムにより二つの圧力
室に画成するダイヤフラムに、一方の圧力室を貫
通して抜差可能なロツドの先端を固定してなるダ
イヤフラム型アクチユエータにおいて、前記ロツ
ドに鍔部を形成する一方、この鍔部に摺接してロ
ツドの動きを案内するガイド部をケーシングに形
成し、上記ロツドを弾性的に支持するバツクアツ
プスプリングをガイド部内に配設して、これらの
鍔部、ガイド部及びバツクアツプスプリングとで
軸受を構成してなることを特徴とするダイヤフラ
ム型アクチユエータ。
