    の端部にラツクとピニオンを保持するためのホル
    ダーを有するガイドパイプと、 このガイドパイプの中間部外周に、該ガイドパ
    イプが滑動できかつこれを回転させるように取り
    つけられ、ハウジングのフランジから支承されて
    いる第１歯車と、 一方の端部からモータにより前記ガイドパイプ
    内で回転駆動されるようになつており、かつ他方
    の端部に前記ラツクと噛み合う前記ピニオンを固
    定した主軸と、 前記ラツクの端に取りつけられた、荷電粒子検
    出用プローブを保持するための支持体と、 前記ガイドパイプのねじスリーブと螺合した第
    ２歯車と、 前記第１おらび第２の歯車をそれぞれ回転駆動
    させるためのモータとを備えたことを特徴とする
