- 圧電振動子を発振させる機能を有する半導体素
子と、該半導体素子と金属細線でワインボンデイ
ング接続された半動体素子用リード端子と、２本
の圧電振動子接続用リード端子により、該半動体
素子用リード端子と電気的に接続された圧電振動
子とが、樹脂によりパツケージングされた圧電発
振器において、該圧電振動子接続用リード端子は
、樹脂内部で該半導体素子用リード端子と一体成
形され、かつ樹脂外部では、該半導体素子用リー
ド端子と同方向に配置されたことを特徴とする圧
電発振器。
