- 複数のパワーモジユールを直列に接続した半導
体スイツチに於て、前記複数のパワーモジユール
を２群に分割し、分割された各々を対向させ、分
割されたモジユール群の電流が反対方向になるよ
うに接続されたことを特徴とする半導体スイツチ
。
