- １つのサイリスタバルブを１ステージで構成し
、このサイリスタバルブを４個積み重ねる高電圧
サイリスタバルブにおいて、１つのベースの上に
絶縁支柱を介して４ステージ積み重ね、最上段に
天井フレームを設け、中間の直流母線はサイリス
タモジユール側面より引き出したことを特徴とす
る高電圧サイリスタバルブ。
