チユーブヘツダに多数備えた熱交換器において、
前記伝熱管が脱気熱交換可能のプラスチツク製チ
ユーブを多数平行に配列して集束したハニカム構
造のチユーブであつて、該チユーブ内を脱気用の
真空室に連通配備し、チユーブの管壁内外に温水
又は冷水を流過させて熱交換させると同時に液中
の気泡を該チユーブの管壁を通して真空室へ脱気
する構成としたことを特徴とする熱交換器。 (2) 前記伝熱管が、その内部にプロセス液を流
過させるものであつて、熱交換室と真空脱気室と
に区画されたケース中に配備され、該熱交換室内
に温度差のある流体の流通管を備えていることを
