Claims (1)
- 固定側を溶接可能な金属で、途中を含む先端側
をセラミツクス部材で形成し、前記金属とセラミ
ツクス部材の間を片側から順次他方の部材の割合
いが多くなるように組成を傾斜させた傾斜層を用
いて接続した事を特徴とする保護管。
