- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 被測定物の電気力線が少なくとも２個の被測
定物からの距離が異なる位置で入射される検出孔
を有するケースと、前記検出孔から入射されるそ
れぞれの電気力線を所定の周波数で変化させるチ
ヨツパ部と、前記チヨツパ部を通過したそれぞれ
の電気力線を検出して前記信号に変換する検出電
極とを有する電位センサ部を備えたことを特徴と
する表面電位測定装置。 ２ 前記電位センサ部が電位測定装置本体に着脱
できるケーブルにより接続されたプローブ内に取
り付けられ、前記電位測定装置本体の切替えスイ
ツチによりプローブ側でも測定できることを特徴
とする請求項１記載の表面電位測定装置。
