る。 For example, in the piping system of a hot water heating system, in order to shuttle hot water between the heat source equipment and the terminal equipment, two series of heat-insulating cladding pipes are made by covering two conduits made of copper pipes with a coating material. However, as one such heat-insulating cladding, a tape with low emissivity is wound around two conduits arranged in parallel with a tape-shaped spacer between them, and the tape layer is wrapped around the tape layer. A linear spacer is loosely wound in a spiral shape, and a tape having a low emissivity is wound thereon to form a core having an air layer under the tape layer,
It has been proposed that the core is inserted into a corrugated tube made of synthetic resin and having a cross-sectional shape similar to that of the core.

This has the disadvantage that the conduit is locally significantly deformed.

The reason is that the force applied to the conduit is dispersed.

The heat-insulating cladding shown in FIG. 1 is composed of a core 6 and an exterior tube 7. The core 6 has a surface with a low thermal emissivity around two conduits 1 and 1' made of copper pipes, for example, which are arranged in parallel with a spacer 2 made of a synthetic resin tape with good heat resistance in between. For example, a tape made of paper or synthetic resin film laminated with glossy aluminum foil is wound spirally at a predetermined pitch, and a thin synthetic resin film is wrapped around the outer periphery of the tape 3, as shown in FIG. 2a. A linear spacer 4 consisting of a tube made of aluminum is loosely wound spirally at a predetermined pitch, and a tape 5 of the same type as the tape 3 is further wound spirally at a predetermined pitch with the glossy side inside. It has an oval cross section. However, this core 6
is inserted into an exterior tube 7 whose internal dimensions are slightly larger than the core 6, for example, a flexible tube made of synthetic resin and whose tube wall is corrugated and whose cross section is oval.

が得られ、施工時等の取扱いを容易にしている。 In the heat insulating cladding tube configured in this way,
The three layers of tape on the inside of the core 6 confine the space around the conduits 1, 1' and suppress heat transfer due to air convection, while the five layers of tape on the outside create an air layer between the three layers of tape on the inside. In addition to providing air insulation, it also reflects heat emitted from the inside in the form of radiation.
The heat radiation loss can be kept low, and the space between the core 6 and the outer tube 7 also acts as an air insulation layer, contributing to the reduction of the heat radiation loss. Furthermore, the outer tube 7 can compensate for the lack of mechanical strength of the core 6. Of course, since the exterior pipe 7 is a corrugated pipe, it has a suitable degree of flexibility and is easy to handle during construction.

利である。[Effect of the invention] As is clear from the above explanation, according to the present invention, by selecting the material of the linear spacer,
It is possible to prevent local deformation of the conduit due to external forces such as bending and compression, so it not only can withstand large external forces, but also has the advantage of being able to reduce the bending radius of the heat insulating cladding, which improves workability. But it is advantageous.
