Description
第１図は本考案の除霜装置の除霜運転時の冷媒
回路図、第２図は除霜動作の詳細を示すフローチ
ヤート、第３図は従来の除霜装置の除霜運転時の
冷媒回路図である。 図中、１は圧縮機、２は四方弁、３は室外側熱
交換器、４はキヤピラリー、５は室内側熱交換器
、６は第一の電磁弁、７は第二の電磁弁、８は第
二のキヤピラリー、９はバイパス回路、１０は室
外側熱交換器３の出口側の温度センサ、１１は室
内側熱交換器５の中央部の温度センサである。
回路図、第２図は除霜動作の詳細を示すフローチ
ヤート、第３図は従来の除霜装置の除霜運転時の
冷媒回路図である。 図中、１は圧縮機、２は四方弁、３は室外側熱
交換器、４はキヤピラリー、５は室内側熱交換器
、６は第一の電磁弁、７は第二の電磁弁、８は第
二のキヤピラリー、９はバイパス回路、１０は室
外側熱交換器３の出口側の温度センサ、１１は室
内側熱交換器５の中央部の温度センサである。
Claims (1)
- 圧縮機、四方弁、室内側熱交換器、キヤピラリ
ーおよび上下に二つの冷媒管路を具えた室外側熱
交換器とを順次配管接続して冷媒回路を形成し、
上記圧縮機の吐出側の高温ガスを四方弁により室
外側熱交換器に流入し除霜してなる空気調和機の
除霜装置において、上記上方冷媒管路の入口側配
管の手前に通常「開」状態の第一の電磁弁を、上
記第一の電磁弁と同上方冷媒管路の入口側配管と
の間から通常「閉」状態の第二の電磁弁と第二の
キヤピラリーを介して室内側熱交換器の入口側配
管に接続するバイパス回路を形成し、除霜運転時
に同第一の電磁弁を閉じ、上記第二の電磁弁を開
くことにより、上記下方冷媒管路の入口側配管か
ら高温ガスを流し、同上方冷媒管路の入口側配管
から上記バイパス回路を通して、上記室外側熱交
換器の急速除霜を行うようにしてなることを特徴
とする空気調和機の除霜装置。
