Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 感光体と、現像剤が収納され感光体にトナー
    を供給するとともに、下部に現像剤排出口を有す
    る現像装置と、この現像装置の現像剤排出口に開
    閉可能に配設されたシヤツタ部材と、感光体の表
    面に残留するトナーを剥離するクリーニング装置
    と、剥離された残留トナーを搬送するトナー搬送
    用パイプと、このパイプの下方に配設され、上向
    きの開口を有し、剥離された残留トナーを上記パ
    イプを介して上記開口から回収するトナー回収タ
    ンクとを備え、 さらに、上記シヤツタ部材の下方に設けられ、
    シヤツタ部材の開放時に上記現像装置内の現像剤
    を上記タンクまたは上記パイプへ導き入れて排出
    する現像剤排出用通路を具備してなる画像形成装
    置。 ２ 現像装置の下部または現像剤排出用通路の上
    部に配設され、現像装置内の現像剤がなくなつた
    ことを検知する現像剤エンプテイ検知手段を備え
    てなる請求項１記載の画像形成装置。
