Claims (1)
- ダイヘツドから押出された紐状のストランドに
冷却水を吹き付け、かつ案内する案内ロールと、
案内ロールから繰り出された多数のストランドを
並列状態で把持し、冷水浴中を移送する対をなす
搬送ベルトとを備え、案内ロールによる第１次冷
却と搬送ベルトによる第２次冷却を行うと共に、
上記案内ロールは積極駆動される通水性ロールと
し、この内部に給水管を納め、案内ロールの内面
に冷却水を吐出し案内ロールのストランド支承面
から冷却水を流出させ、かつ案内ロールの積極回
転によりストランドを冷却しつつ搬送ベルト側に
供給することを特徴とするストランドの冷却装置
。
