Claims (1)
- 台紙を移送する台紙移送手段と、接着剤が塗布
された接着用シートを前記台紙の移送経路上に供
給する少なくとも一対の供給ローラと、接着用シ
ートの移送経路における前記一対の供給ローラの
近傍または前記一対の供給ローラよりも後段で前
記接着用シートに塗布された接着剤の接着条件を
付与する接着条件付与手段とを備えたシート重ね
合わせ装置であつて、前記一対の供給ローラのう
ち少なくとも接着用シートの接着剤塗布面に対接
する側のローラには、ローラの周面に軸方向に間
隔をおいて複数の切欠きを設ける一方、この切欠
きに対応位置して接着用シートの移送先端を前記
台紙の移送方向へ傾斜するガイド部材を設けたこ
とを特徴とするシート重ね合わせ装置。
