ドライバＩＣチツプから成るチツプ列とを並置し
たＬＥＤプリントヘツドにおいて、ドライバＩＣ
チツプの相互間を直接にワイヤボンデイング若し
くはワイヤレスボンデイングによつて接続し、こ
れによつてドライバＩＣを介する信号ラインを形
