  1. 基板上に、光源となる複数のＬＥＤアレイチツ
    プから成るチツプ列と、ＬＥＤを駆動する複数の
    ドライバＩＣチツプから成るチツプ列とを並置し
    たＬＥＤプリントヘツドにおいて、ドライバＩＣ
    チツプの相互間を直接にワイヤボンデイング若し
    くはワイヤレスボンデイングによつて接続し、こ
    れによつてドライバＩＣを介する信号ラインを形
    成したことを特徴とするＬＥＤプリントヘツド。
