Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被露光体に設けた位置合せ用マークを光学的に
    拡大投影した後に光検知して被露光体の位置を計
    測し、かつ前述検出を複数波長の光にて実行した
    後に各々の波長データを混合したデータにより、
    より正確に位置検出をしてアライメントを行なう
    タイプの光露光装置において、専用のキヤリブレ
    ーシヨン用マークを、被露光体の位置合せ用マー
    クと同じ条件で検出可能な位置に設けて、正確な
    位置検出に必要な光学倍率、固定位置ズレ量等の
    各波長における光学定数を自動測定する事を特徴
    とする光露光装置。
