燃焼し得なかつた油煙は下流へと導かれる間に骨
材ドライヤ9内を転動流下する骨材と衝突し、油
煙の有する粘着性によつてその一部が骨材に付着
する。また骨材に付着し得なかつた油煙は骨材ド
ライヤ9内に舞上がるダストと衝突して表面をコ
ーテイングされて非粘着性ダストとなる。この非
粘着性ダストは下流の排気煙道13内面に付着す
ることなく通過し、一次集塵機であるサイクロン
集塵機によつてダストの粗粒分を二次集塵機であ
るバグフイルターによつてダストの微粒分を捕促
されるのである。

の一部を燃焼させるようにしている。燃焼し得な
かつた油煙は燃焼ガスと共に骨材ドライヤ9内を
通過する間に、骨材ドライヤ9の他端に配設した
コンベヤ12を介して供給される骨材と衝突し、
油煙の有する粘着性によつて骨材に付着して減少
する。また、骨材に付着し得なかつた油煙はガス
流によつて舞上るダストと衝突し、表面をダスト
によつてコーテイングされて非粘着性となり、骨
材ドライヤ9から導出される。非粘着性となつた
油煙は下流の煙道13内に付着することなく通過
し、サイクロン集塵機14によつて排ガス中のダ
ストの粗粒分を、バグフイルター15によつてダ
ストの微粒分を捕捉され、清浄となつたガスが煙
突16から大気中に放出される。

で吸引する排ガス量に余裕ができ、リサイクルプ
ラントからの排ガスを骨材ドライヤ9に導入して
も何ら支障はないものであり、アスフアルトプラ
ントの集塵システムがそのまま使用できるのであ
る。

材ドライヤ9内に舞上るダストと衝突してコーテ
イングされて非粘着性となつて煙道13等の下流
の機器に付着することもない。また、従来油煙の
粘着性のために使用できなかつたバグフイルター
15でも捕捉可能となつてアスフアルトプラント
の集塵装置がそのまま使用できるので経済的効果
も大である実益を有するものである。
