  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 回路素子へ入力抵抗を介して与えられる入力電
    圧が予め定められるレベルを下回つたときに、入
    力電圧値を前記予め定められるレベルにクランプ
    するクランプ回路において、 予め定められる基準電圧を発生する基準電圧発
    生手段と、 前記基準電圧発生手段と前記回路素子との間に
    配置され、カソードが前記入力抵抗の出力端に接
    続される半導体整流素子であつて、降伏電圧が比
    較的大きく選ばれる半導体整流素子を含むことを
    特徴とするクランプ回路。
