- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 複数の電子部品５が配線パターンにより電気的
に接続されて搭載されている二つの絶縁回路基板
１，２と、 前記両絶縁回路基板１，２に搭載されている電
子部品５が内側に対面するようにして前記両絶縁
回路基板１，２の内側一端に電気的および機械的
に接続するバネ性を備えたジヤンパー基板３と、 前記両絶縁回路基板１，２の少なくとも一方の
他端において、前記両絶縁回路基板１，２の電子
部品間に空間を設けるように固着するリード端子
４を備えたモールド樹脂成形体６と、 から構成されることを特徴とする混成集積回路装
置。
