  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 複数の細長い受光素子が互いに平行に配列
    された受光部と、 この受光部に並設され各受光部が各段に夫々対
    応付けられたシフトレジスタと、 このシフトレジスタの出力端に設けられ電荷量
    を電圧値に変換して出力する出力部と、 を備えた一次元固体撮像素子に於いて、 上記シフトレジスタに沿つて過剰電荷排出用の
    ドレインを設けてなることを特徴とする一次元固
    体撮像素子。 (2) 上記受光部の上記シフトレジスタ側と対向
    する側に沿つて過剰電荷排出用のドレインを設け
    てなることを特徴とする請求項第１項記載の一次
