Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ハウジング内に回転自在に収容した回転軸
を非接触に支持する流体軸受のシール装置であつ
て、回転軸に形成した軸線に直角な面と、これと
向かい合うハウジングの壁面との間にシール液を
介在させて電磁石で保持し、上記ハウジングの壁
面が外径側にて環状周壁と連なつており、前記シ
ール液の粘度を回転軸の回転数に応じて変化させ
るようにした流体軸受シール装置。 (2) 前記シール液が磁性流体である請求項１の
流体軸受シール装置。
