Claims (1)
- 円柱をその軸方向に対して４５°に切断したガ
ラスプリズムを、その切断面で接合した構造であ
つて、前記接合面に高屈折率誘電体膜と、低屈折
率誘電体膜とを交互に組合わせて偏光膜を形成し
た円柱状偏光ビームスプリツタにおいて、その周
面に軸方向に沿つて相対する切欠部を形成したこ
とを特徴とする偏光ビームスプリツタ。
