Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 本体容器を兼ねた外筒電極の内部に本体容器
    と同電位とされた内筒電極を配置して両電極間に
    処理対象液の流通空間を形成するとともに、該流
    通空間内に外表面に荷電極を直接配設した濾過フ
    イルターを配設し、外筒電極と荷電極間及び内筒
    電極と荷電極間に液中不純物粒子の有するゼータ
    ー電位を低下若しくは消去し得る大きさの電圧を
    印加してなる流体濾過装置。 ２ 荷電極として金属製多孔板を用いてなる前記
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の流体濾過装
    置。 ３ 荷電極として金属製網状体を用いてなる前記
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の流体濾過装
    置。 ４ 荷電電圧として１Ｖ〜５０Ｖ／cmの交流電圧
    を用い、水溶性液を処理対象としてなる前記実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項、第２項又は第３項記
    載の流体濾過装置。 ５ 荷電電圧として４Ｖ〜２００Ｖ／cmの交流若
    しくは直流を用い、非水溶性液を処理対象として
    なる前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項、第２項
    又は第３項記載の流体濾過装置。 ６ 外筒電極と荷電極間に多電極効果を有する多
    孔性の誘電体層を介在させてなる前記実用新案登
