- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 疎水性で分極性電極としての活性炭粉末と
希硫酸を主成分とする電解液との界面に形成され
る電気二重層を利用した電気二重層コンデンサ素
子において、活性炭粉末と電解液との混合物に均
一に分散して、活性炭の粉末の周辺近傍を電解液
場に形成する多孔質セラミツク粒子を有すること
を特徴とする電気二重層コンデンサ素子。 (2) 前記多孔質セラミツク粒子にポリビニルア
ルコール系樹脂で表面処理し、当該粒子を有する
ことを特徴とする前記請求の範囲の電気二重層コ
ンデンサ素子。
