(Conventional configuration and its problems) Main pipes buried underground, such as sewer pipes, are constructed using the shield construction method without excavating the ground (roads), but small-diameter sewer pipes from each home In many cases, branch pipes for connecting rainwater drains from buildings and roads to main pipes are constructed using the cut-and-cut method. For this reason, there are problems such as not only causing an obstruction to traffic, but also requiring a long construction period and a large construction area.

Therefore, there is a need for a construction method that allows branch pipes to be laid in a short period of time in a small construction area without interfering with traffic.
As disclosed in Publication No. 5620246, a method was developed in which a casing tube is connected while drilling from the ground to the main pipe, and a branch pipe is inserted into this casing tube to connect and communicate the lower ends. In this construction method, the casing tube is left in the ground or pulled up and removed, so if it is left, the construction cost will be high and it is uneconomical.
If removed, a cavity would be created around the branch pipes, causing the road surface to sink.

(Objective of the invention) The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned problems, and can be constructed in a narrow construction area in a short period of time without causing a hindrance to traffic, and does not cause ground subsidence even when the casing pipe is removed. This provides a safe method for laying branch pipes for sewage, etc.

(Structure of the Invention) In order to achieve the above object, the method for laying a branch pipe of the present invention is a method for laying a branch pipe that connects a main pipe of sewage, etc. installed underground and a meeting room, etc. above the ground. The casing pipe is buried up to the main pipe by an appropriate means, the lower end of the casing pipe is anchored to the upper surface of the outer periphery of the main pipe, and then a suitable drilling tool is inserted from the ground into the casing pipe to penetrate inside the main pipe from the outer periphery. A small diameter hole is drilled through the hole, and then a branch pipe having an outer diameter approximately equal to that of the small diameter hole is inserted into the casing pipe, and the lower end of the branch pipe is inserted into the small diameter hole and fixed. The casing pipe is removed after or while filling the gap with the outer circumferential surface with a deceptive filler such as cement bentonite, making it possible to lay branch pipes in a short period of time, accurately and at low cost, and to improve the ground quality after laying. This eliminates the occurrence of subsidence.

A recess 4 having an appropriate depth and area is excavated.
Next, the casing pipe 5 is buried while excavating the ground 1 from this recess 4 toward the main pipe 2 using a boring machine. In order to embed the casing pipe 5, an auger is inserted into the hollow interior of the casing pipe 5, and the casing pipe 5 is press-fitted and buried while drilling the hole with the tip of the auger facing the open end of the casing pipe 5. It's okay.

As shown in FIG. 2, an annular cutting crown 6 is integrally attached to the tip of the casing pipe 5, and when the cutting crown 6 reaches the upper surface of the outer circumference of the main pipe 2, the casing pipe 5 is rotated. While cutting the concrete on the upper surface of the outer periphery of the main pipe 2 by moving the cutting crown 6, the tip of the cutting crown 6 bites into the pipe 5 to prevent underground water, earth and sand from entering into the pipe 5.

In this way, the casing pipe 5 prevents the ground from collapsing, and the lower end of the casing pipe 5 is anchored to the upper surface of the outer periphery of the main pipe 2 in a watertight manner. Next, as shown in FIG. A core tube 8 with a circular bit 9 rotatably attached to the core tube 8,
A guide 7 protruding from the outer peripheral surface of this core tube 8
is inserted into the casing pipe 5 while slidingly contacting the inner peripheral surface of the casing pipe 5, the lower end of the circular bit 9 is brought into contact with the outer peripheral upper surface of the main pipe 2 surrounded by the casing pipe 5, and inserted into the core tube 8, The supported boring rod 10 is rotated by a boring machine (not shown) on the road surface 3, and a small diameter hole is formed through the inner peripheral surface of the main pipe 2 by the circular bit 9 connected to the lower end of the boring rod 10. 11 is drilled.

and a large diameter portion 13b that is larger in diameter than the outer diameter of the small diameter hole 13a and smaller in diameter than the inner diameter of the casing pipe 5.
The small diameter portion 13a of this socket 13 is inserted into the small diameter hole 11, and the lower end of the large diameter portion 13b, which is fitted and fixed to the lower end of the branch pipe 12, is inserted into the small diameter hole. 11 so that it is in close contact with and received by the upper end periphery. Thereafter, the lower end of the small diameter portion 13a is watertightly joined to the lower end periphery of the small diameter hole 11 from the inner peripheral surface side of the main pipe 2 with an adhesive. Note that the length of the branch pipe 12 is set so that it does not protrude above the road surface.

Next, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 6, a watertight lid 14 is attached to the upper end opening of the branch pipe 12, and a rod is placed horizontally in the small diameter hole 11 on the inner peripheral surface of the main pipe 2. The body 15 is hung over the lid 14 and the rod 15.
The branch pipe 12 is firmly fixed to the main pipe 2 by connecting a cable 18 such as a chain between the threaded hooks 16 and 17 inserted through the pipe, and by screwing nuts 19 and 20 screwed into the hooks 16 and 17. I'll keep it.

In this case, if the horizontal distance between the chamber 22 and the main pipe 2 is long, the cut-out portion will be long, so when embedding the casing pipe 5, the casing pipe 5 is not placed in the vertical direction as shown in the above-mentioned embodiment. The pipe 5 may be buried so as to be inclined from the chamber 22 toward the main pipe 2.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, a casing pipe is buried from above ground into a main pipe buried underground, and a branch pipe is connected and communicated with the main pipe using the inside of this pipe. Therefore, construction can be carried out without interfering with traffic by simply excavating a small area of the road surface, and the construction time can be shortened.Furthermore, after the branch pipe is installed, the gap between the casing pipe and the outer circumferential surface of the branch pipe can be reduced. Since the casing pipe is removed after or while filling with a hardening filler such as cement bentonite, there is no risk of the ground collapsing even if the casing pipe is removed, and therefore, the subsidence of the road surface is eliminated. It is something that can be done.
