By the way, conventional insulated walls can be roughly divided from a structural perspective: those that sandwich insulation boards such as foamed steel boards between the wall board and the wall base surface, and those that insert foamed insulation boards through holes provided throughout the wall board. There are two methods in which synthetic resin is injected and filled by foaming on site to form a heat insulating layer between it and the wall base.In the former method, the heat insulating board is cut to the required size to suit the construction site. They were dissatisfied with the fact that it was time-consuming to do so, and that bulky insulation boards produced at the factory had to be stored and transported to the site during construction.

However, the following drawbacks have been pointed out to insulated walls constructed using this method.

This focuses on the structure of the wall base as a key point in solving the problem.

に関するものである。 That is, the present invention will be explained based on the illustrated embodiment; a large number of fixing devices 1 are arranged in rows on the surface of the wall base W so that the bells of the fixing surface F are all flush with each other. On the rows, stick timbers 2 with concave grooves 21 drilled in the longitudinal direction of the surface are fixed, and the netting material 3 is spread over the fixed beams 2 so as to cover the entire wall material W, and at the same time, groove 2
1, by fitting and fixing a presser plate 4 so as to sandwich the net material 3, the net material 3 is tensioned flush, and the net material 3 stretched in this way and the wall base W surface are This relates to a method for forming a heat insulating wall base, characterized in that a foamed synthetic resin is injected and filled into the space created between the two through the mesh of the net material 3 to form a heat insulating layer 5. .

It is preferable that at least the bolt 13 of the fixture 1 can be nailed, and therefore it is usually made of a soft, semi-hard, or low-foaming synthetic resin material. When arranging the fixtures 1 in a row on the wall base W, the sleeves 12 are fixed with nails or adhesive, or the sleeves 12 are embedded in advance when pouring concrete into the wall base. You can use the following method. The fixtures 1 of FIGS. 7 and 9 are suitable for nailing, the fixture 1 of FIG. 8 is suitable for adhesive fixing, and the fixture 1 of FIG. 10 is suitable for embedding in concrete. In this way, the bolts 13 are screwed into the sleeve 12 fixed to the wall base W, and the fixing surfaces F of these bolts 13 are aligned.

Although the concave groove 21 formed in the timber 2 has a shape in the illustrated example, it may be a V-shaped groove, and in short, it is sufficient that it has a shape that allows the presser plate described later to be easily fitted therein.

By fitting and fixing the presser plate 4 into the groove 21 of the beam material 2, it is tension-fixed flush with the surface of the beam material 2. The presser plate 4 is made of wood similarly to the timber 2, and is usually fixed to the timber 2 with nails. Incidentally, in order to secure the net material 3 under tension, first fix both ends thereof to the cross member 2, and then fit a presser plate into the concave groove 21 of the intermediate member 2.

ある。 The foamed synthetic resin that is the material for the heat insulating layer 5 is as follows:
Preferably, foamed urea resin is used. When the foamed urea resin is injected between the netting material 3 and the wall material W surface, the foaming pressure of the netting material 3 is not applied.
It does not impair the coplanarity of the surface and has good fluidity during injection, so it quickly spreads into the space between the netting material 3 and the wall base W, making the injection work easy, and also in case of a fire. This is because it does not generate toxic gas and is advantageous in terms of disaster prevention.

のである。 The method of the present invention is generally carried out as described above, but
The present invention is by no means limited to the illustrated embodiment, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the claims. , and the bolt/nut type is not necessarily required as long as the cross member 2 can be fixed by point support, and the materials of the net member 3 and the foamed synthetic resin are not limited to the above-mentioned specific examples.

Since the heat insulating layer 5 is formed by injecting and filling the foamed synthetic resin through the mesh 3, there is no gap in the heat insulating layer 5, and even if a gap does occur, it can be easily removed during work. Since it can be detected and corrected immediately, it can be said that there is no condensation phenomenon caused by local insulation irregularities in insulated walls using this wall base as in conventional insulated walls. The injection work is also significantly simpler and more efficient than the conventional work of injecting through holes in the wall board, and the formed heat insulating layer is stably supported and fixed by the mesh of the mesh material 3. Therefore, the heat insulating layer 5 does not shrink due to dryness or other causes, and there are no gaps or cracks.
