Flooring and wall materials such as these are useful for enhancing the decorative effect and cleanliness of rooms, etc., and for increasing the cooling and heating effects.

A method of pasting sheets using adhesive is often used.

In addition, there are often differences in thermal contraction and thermal expansion between the material and the surface to be applied, so a synthetic resin sheet is attached to the surface to be applied as described above. In some cases, the sheets may thermally shrink or expand due to changes in air temperature or indoor air conditioning temperatures, causing gaps to form at the joints between the sheets, or the surface to become locally raised and wavy. In addition, warpage may occur due to the difference in expansion and contraction between the front and back sides of the sheet, and the edges of the sheet may curl up. When such a situation occurs, there is a risk that the sheet installed to enhance the decorative effect or the like may actually spoil the aesthetics of the room or make the room look cluttered.

とする。 The present invention was made in view of the above circumstances, and
Even if thermal contraction or thermal expansion occurs in the interior/exterior sheet attached to the work surface due to changes in ambient temperature, grooves are carved into the surface of the sheet in a pattern pattern to effectively absorb the thermal contraction/expansion. For interior and exterior use, which prevents gaps from forming at the seams of the sheets and localized lifting of the sheet surface, and at the same time does not reduce the decorative effect of the cut grooves carved into the sheet. The purpose is to provide a sheet construction method.

い。 That is, as shown in FIG. 2A, the sheet 10
is first attached to the floor surface 100 using a predetermined adhesive. In this way, grooves 1 are carved at appropriate locations on the surface of the sheet 10 pasted on the floor surface 100, as shown in FIG. Although it is desirable that the kerf 1 has a V-shaped cross section as shown in the figure, it may be formed in other cross-sectional shapes, such as a U-shape or the like. Note that the depth of the kerf 1 is desirably equal to the depth of the sheet 10.
It is about half the thickness of the wall, but it can be made shallower or deeper depending on the case, and the desired cross-sectional shape and depth can be achieved using a cutter knife or other grooving cutter. Just engrave it.

Examples of patterns in this case include a floral pattern as shown by the symbol a in the figure, a polygonal pattern as shown by the symbol b, and other patterns such as repeated diagonal lines, latticework, hexagonal pattern, manji-tsunai, etc.
It is preferable to select any pattern, such as a pattern such as a doll, an animal, a vehicle, etc.

By adopting such a procedure, for example, when strip-shaped sheets 10 are joined and pasted in a butt-like manner to match the shape of the floor surface as shown in Fig. 1, a patterned pattern can be created across the seams 2. It is possible to carve the kerf 1. In other words, if a cut groove of a predetermined shape is carved in advance on the edge of the temporary sheet,
When sheets are butted together and pasted on a floor surface, it is necessary to match the grooves of adjacent sheets to create a predetermined pattern, but after pasting the sheets as in the method of the present invention, If the cut grooves are carved, there is no need for such pattern matching.

室内の美観が一層高まることになる。 In the case of the sheet 10 constructed as described above, even if the sheet 10 undergoes thermal contraction or thermal expansion due to changes in ambient air temperature or changes in temperature, these will be imprinted in appropriate places on the surface of the sheet 10. It is effectively absorbed by the grooves 1 provided. For this reason, sheet 1
This prevents gaps from forming at the seams 2 of the sheet 10, the edges of the sheet turning up, and the surface of the sheet 10 from locally lifting and waving. Further, since the cut grooves 1 are carved in a patterned pattern, the appearance of the interior of the room when the sheet 10 is installed is further enhanced by providing the cut grooves 1.

By doing so, it is possible to prevent dirt and dust from clogging the inside of the kerf 1 and deteriorating the aesthetic appearance, without impairing the function of absorbing the thermal contraction and thermal expansion described above. In addition, joint filler 3
If it is colored in various colors, an even more striking decorative effect can be achieved.

だけ施工の手間が省ける利点もある。 As detailed above, the interior/exterior sheet constructed by the method of the present invention effectively absorbs thermal contraction and thermal expansion due to the grooves cut at appropriate places on its surface, so changes in temperature can be avoided. Even if the sheet undergoes thermal contraction or thermal expansion due to changes in heating or cooling temperatures, gaps may appear at the seams, the surface may locally rise and become wavy, or the edges may curl up. do not have. Furthermore, since the above-mentioned kerfs are formed in any pattern pattern that is available at the location, the decorative effect is not reduced by carving the kerfs; on the contrary, the decorative effect is not reduced. This will lead to increased effectiveness. In particular, in the method of the present invention, the cut grooves are carved after the sheet is pasted on the surface to be worked, so the pattern matching when butting and joining the sheets, which is necessary when the cut grooves have been carved in advance, is eliminated. This has the advantage of reducing the need for construction work.
