る車体部品位置決めブロツクを提供することを目
的とし、その要旨は試作車両のボデー組立用の車
体部品位置決めブロツクであつて、該ブロツクは
車体部品に貫設された他部品取付用のねじ孔等を
介して取付けられる取付用アタツチメントとボデ
ー組立用定盤上に立設されて治具用支柱の所定の
位置に取付けられる取付基準アタツチメントとの
2部材よりなり、前記取付用アタツチメントは前
記車体部品のねじ孔等に整合する取付孔を有する
取付板と同取付板より延出する支持軸の先端には
係止面を有する割円状の受け板が一体の取付けら

チメントは組立工程へ送付し、また、取付用アタ
ツチメントは車両部品の製作工程へ送付して、取
付用アタツチメントは車体部品に設けられた他部
品取付用のねじ孔を利用して取付けた状態で組立
工程へ送付するとともに、取付基準アタツチメン
トは組立定盤の所定の箇所に立設した治具用支柱
の所定の高さ位置、すなわち、取付用アタツチメ
ントを取付けた関連高さ位置にに取付けることに
より、試作車における組立工程の準備作業の統一
性を計ることができるとともに、車両部品の組付
けが容易となり、かつ部品精度を確保することが
できるので、車体部品位置決めブロツクとして極
めて実用性に優れた考案である。
