    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 芯取りカツター駆動装置を内蔵するハウジング
    の天板上に芯取り対象物たる野菜又は果実を載置
    する載台を設け、該載台の中央部に芯取り口を開
    口し、上記芯取りカツターを該芯取り口を通して
    略垂直に出没するように設けると共に、上記載台
    の上位に対向して載台上に載せられた野菜又は果
    実を載台上に押え付ける押えクランプを設けたこ
    とを特徴とする野菜又は果実の芯取り装置。
