The high-pressure resistant container 9 is installed in the shaft cylinder 7 by fitting the fitting cylinder part 12 connected to the tip part into the fitting cylinder 13 of the holding cylinder 1 in a liquid-tight manner by means such as ultrasonic bonding. The opening 10 of the high pressure resistant container 9 is fluid-tightly communicated with the holding hole 2 via the center hole 6.

To assemble the writing instrument of this embodiment, first, for example, a predetermined amount of powder coloring material is put into a high-pressure resistant container 9, and the fitting cylinder part 12 of the container 9 is connected to the holding cylinder 1 in which the rolling elements 3 are held. It is fitted into the fitting cylinder 13, and the fitting portion is bonded liquid-tightly by ultrasonic bonding.

Next, when the holding edge 4 at the tip of the holding cylinder 1 is brought into close contact with the nozzle part of a gas cylinder (not shown) and pressed in the same way as injecting gas into a gas lighter, gas is ejected and the rolling element 3 is pushed into the holding hole 2 by the gas pressure. A fine gap is formed between the outer circumferential surface of the tip end of the rolling element 3 and the inner circumferential surface 4' of the retaining edge 4, and the retaining hole 2 is opened, and at the same time, gas flows through the gap, the groove 5, and the center hole 6.
It is then injected into a high-pressure resistant container 9. After injection, the rolling elements 3 are pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the holding edge 4 by the gas pressure in the container 9, and the liquefied gas 11 is sealed to prevent leakage, completing the assembly.
