道床更換機用運搬車に関する。[Detailed Description of the Invention] (Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a trackbed changing machine transport vehicle for transporting a trackbed changing machine used for complete and partial railway bed changing to a work site.

It begins to lose its elasticity. If the trackbed solidifies and loses its elasticity, not only will the ride comfort of the vehicle deteriorate, but there is also the risk of early track deviation.
Therefore, if consolidation occurs on a railway track bed, it is necessary to replace the track bed as soon as possible.

A method of replacing the track bed using a track bed replacement machine (for example, a power shovel) has been introduced. That is, the track bed replacement machine is moved by itself on the track bed to the track bed replacement point, and a hydraulic excavator excavates and scoops out gravel to replace the track bed.

The system is being installed one after another up to the replacement point and driving on top of it. As a result, the progress speed of the bed changing machine becomes slow, and it takes time to move to the work site, resulting in a problem that workability becomes extremely poor.

On the underframe 2, which is equipped with wheels 4 and guide rails 9 on both upper sides, guide plates 7c, 7c are disposed in the same direction as the axle and at both ends thereof, in accordance with the width of the crawler traveling device 6. A support body 7 provided with a protrusion 7b in a direction perpendicular to the support body 7 is rotatably supported via a support shaft 8 and a rolling wheel 7d rolling along the guide rail 9, and the arm 28 is operated. a driven trolley 1 which is inserted under a traveling device 6 of a crawler-type bed changing machine 5 with one side raised up, and runs on a rail with one end side of the traveling device 6 placed thereon; and a plurality of wheels 13. A support 14 is disposed in the same direction as the axle 12 on the underframe 11 and has guide plates 7c, 7c at both ends corresponding to the width of the crawler traveling device 6 and a protrusion in a direction perpendicular to the guide plates 7c. A hydraulic motor 16a and a hydraulic brake 16 are mounted on the underframe 11 and are operated by hydraulic pressure from the hydraulic drive source 15 of the crawler-type roadbed changer 5.
b, a drive device 16 for the wheels 13 consisting of a speed reducer 16c and a transmission device 16d;
It is inserted below the traveling device 6 of the crawler-type roadbed changing machine 5 which has been extended and the other side raised up, and by operating the drive device 16 from the driver's seat of the trackbed changing machine 5, the other side of the traveling device 6 is inserted. The basic configuration includes a drive cart 10 that runs on rails with its end placed on it.
