してあるもの）、３……正規の基盤目配列の場合

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 粉体混じりのガス流れ方向と直交するよう
    に、複数本の伝熱管が基盤目に配置されて成る熱
    交換器において、 前記ガス流れ方向に対して平行に配置された伝
    熱管は、ほぼ等ピツチで配置し、 前記ガス流れ方向に対して直交するように配置
    された伝熱管は、広いピツチと狭いピツチ配置と
    を交互に配置し、これを隔段毎に配置するか、ま
    たは隔段毎に対称的に配置する ようにしたことを特徴とする熱交換器。 (2) 前記粉体混じりのガス流れ方向に対して直
    角に配列された各段の伝熱管のピツチはほぼ同じ
    とし、偶数段の偶数列の伝熱管を、基本位置から
    所定の距離だけ左方または右方へずらして配置す
    るようにしたことを特徴とする請求項(1)項に記
    載の熱交換器。 (3) 前記粉体混じりのガス流れ方向に対して直
    角に配列された各段の伝熱管のピツチはほぼ同じ
    とし、一方前記粉体混じりのガス流れ方向に対し
    て平行な列の伝熱管の配置は、奇数段の奇数列の
    伝熱管を、左または右のいずれかの方向へ一様に
    所定の距離だけ位置をずらし、また奇数段の偶数
    列の伝熱管は、隣接する伝熱管とは逆方向へ所定
    の距離だけ位置をずらし、さらに偶数段の奇数列
    の伝熱管は、前記奇数段の伝熱管とは逆方向へ基
    本位置から所定の距離だけ位置をずらし、さらに
    また偶数段の偶数列の伝熱管も、前記奇数段の伝
    熱管とは逆方向へ基本位置から所定の距離だけ位
    置をずらして配置するようにしたことを特徴とす
    る請求項(1)項に記載の熱交換器。
