Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 励起光の照射領域の幅よりも広い幅を有す
る板状のスラブ型レーザ媒体を、冷却面が相対向
するように配置された冷却手段の間で往復運動さ
せつつ該レーザ媒体の一部に励起光を照射するこ
とによつて該レーザ媒体に対する励起光の照射位
置を変えながらレーザ発振を行なわるようにした
ムービングスラブレーザ装置において、 前記スラブ型レーザ媒体をその主表面が略垂直
になるように配置したことを特徴とするムービン
グスラブレーザ装置。 (2) 請求項(1)記載のムービングスラブレーザ装
置において、前記スラブ型レーザ媒体の往復移動
方向を略水平方向にしたことを特徴とするムービ
ングスラブレーザ装置。
