記絶縁スペーサ本体の表面がなす角度が65°以
下になつていることを特徴とする絶縁スペーサ。 2 エポキシ樹脂よりなる絶縁スペーサ本体に銅

縁スペーサにおいて、前記金属体と前記絶縁スペ
ーサ本体との異材接合界面に対して前記絶縁スペ
