Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ エポキシ樹脂よりなる絶縁スペーサ本体にア
ルミニウムよりなる金属体が貫通状態で埋め込ま
れている絶縁スペーサにおいて、前記金属体と前
記絶縁スペーサ本体との異材接合界面に対して前
記絶縁スペーサ本体の表面がなす角度が６５°以
下になつていることを特徴とする絶縁スペーサ。 ２ エポキシ樹脂よりなる絶縁スペーサ本体に銅
よりなる金属体が貫通状態で埋め込まれている絶
縁スペーサにおいて、前記金属体と前記絶縁スペ
ーサ本体との異材接合界面に対して前記絶縁スペ
ーサ本体の表面がなす角度が６０°以下になつて
いることを特徴とする絶縁スペーサ。
