ａ乃至２５ｄ，４５ａ，４５ｂは出力用トランジ
スタ（スイツチング素子）、２６，４８は制御回
路、２７ａ乃至２７ｄ，４９ａ，４９ｂはＮＡＮ
Ｄ回路、２９は電流検出回路、３１，５３は第１
の保護回路、３３，５６は第２の保護回路、３５
は第１のコンデンサ、３８，５２は保護用トラン
ジスタ、４１は第２のコンデンサ、４４，６１は
サイリスタである。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 負荷への通断電をスイツチング素子のオンオ
    フ制御により行なうようにしたものにおいて、負
    荷電流を検出する電流検出手段と、この電流検出
    手段により検出電流値が所定レベルを超えたとき
    に一定時間だけ前記スイツチング素子をオフさせ
    る第１の保護回路と、前記第１の保護回路の動作
    時間の積算が所定時間に達したときに前記スイツ
    チング素子をオフさせると共にその状態を保持す
    る第２の保護回路とを具備してなる負荷駆動回路
    。 ２ 負荷への通断電をスイツチング素子のオンオ
    フ制御により行なうようにしたものにおいて、負
    荷電流を検出する電流検出手段と、この電流検出
    手段により検出電流値が所定レベルを超えたとき
    に負荷電流を制限する第１の保護回路と、前記第
    １Ｋ保護回路の動作時間の積算が所定時間に達し
    たときに前記スイツチング素子をオフさせると共
    にその状態を保持する第２の保護回路とを具備し
    てなる負荷駆動回路。
