本考案は複写機、プリンターなどの転写ドラム

面の汚れ清掃機能を充分に果し得ない問題があ
る。 又、2層構造の軟質部と硬質部を一体化して成
るブレードにおいてはその成型品が軟質材料と硬
質材料の成型収縮率のちがいにより、そりが生じ
ブレードの生命線とも云える直線性を得るのが困
難な欠点を有していた。 本考案は上述の如き問題に着目し、これを改善
すべく考案したもので、その特徴とするところは
硬度40〜70°のポリウレタン軟質弾性体、硬度96°
以上のポリウレタン硬質弾性体、前記と同じ軟質
弾性体を積層し1体化した多層弾性構造体をプラ
テンロールに接触せしめる如く構成せしめた点に
ある。 以下、本考案に係るプラテン用ドクターブレー
ドの具体的な実施例について更に添付図面を参照
しつつ詳細に説明する。 第1図及び第2図は本考案に係るプラテン用ド
クターブレードの各1例を示す側面図で、図にお
いてRは軟鋼、アルミニウム、ステレンスなどの
金属円筒体外周面に弾性体を被覆したプラテンロ
ールを示す。 一方、Bは本考案の要部をなすドクターブレー
ドであり、例えば厚さ2mm、硬さ40〜70°位のポ
リウレタン、ゴムよりなる板状の軟質弾性体1
と、厚さ4mm、硬度96°以上のポリウレタン。ゴ
ムよりなる板状の硬質弾性体2と、厚さ2mm、硬
さ40〜70°位のポリウレタン、ゴムよりなる軟質
弾性体3とを積層一体化した多層弾性構造体から
なり、前記プラテンロールRの外周面に該構造体
の軟質先端部を接触する如くして設置されてい
る。 ここで、前記使用する板状の各弾性体の硬度と
しては、通常、軟質弾性体で40〜70°、硬質弾性

厚さ等を考慮して適宜選定変更することが可能で
