【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は、テレビジヨン受像機等の電気機器に
用いることの出来るプリント基板の取付装置に関
するものである。

従来例の構成とその問題点 一般に、テレビジヨン受像機で大量生産する場
合には、第1図に示すように、プリント基板1と
プリント基板2がジヤンパー線4でつながれた構
成の場合には、金具5によつて一定の角度に設定
し、ビス3によつて固定する方法がとられてい
る。ところが、この装置では、金具等を用いる為
に材料費が高くなることと、それぞれのプリント
基板1,2をビス止めする為に作業工数が多くな
り、生産性面で好ましくないという欠点を有す
る。また、サービス時に、プリント基板1,2を
展開して裏面を点検する為に多数のビスを取り外
さなければならない問題点があつた。

度に係止することが出来、サービス時も基板取付
部の係止を開放することによりプリント基板を展
開して容易に点検することが出来るプリント基板
取付装置を提供するものである。

発明の構成 本発明においては、樹脂等で形成した板体の中
央部近傍に薄肉部を設け、この薄肉部を境に板体
の長手側縁部の一方をL字状に折曲げて突片を形
成し、他方は上記折曲げ部の肉厚分だけ内側に突
片を形成し、板体を薄肉部をヒンジとして折曲げ
て上記両突片の重なる部分の一方に切込みと、他
方にこの切込みと係合する爪を設け、これらを係
合して枠体となし、互に導線で接続された2板の
プリント基板を接続部で折曲げ、その両端内壁に
上記枠体を当接し、プリント基板と接する枠体側
部に係止爪を設け、これをプリント基板の相対向
する位置に設けた透孔に挿入、係止するようにし
たプリント基板取付装置で枠体へのプリント基板
の取付けは基板に設けた透孔に枠体側部に設けた
係止爪を挿入するようにしている。

に取付けられたプリント基板も展開し、プリント
基板裏面の点検も容易にすることが出来るもので
ある。

なものである。
