(Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a tea bag made from megusurinoki that can be used as a health tea. (Prior Art) It has been known to use the decoction of the megusurinoki for eye washing as a folk medicine, but even if it is drunk, it has a bitter taste, so drinking it is not necessarily preferred. (Means to solve the problem) Acer nikoense MAXIM.
(Aceraceae)] is a tree belonging to the maple genus that grows wild in the mountains and grows about 10m in height. The bark is collected, then dried preferably in the sun or at a temperature below 50℃, and then dried as needed. 50-120℃ depending
After heat treatment with dry heat or warm heat for about 10 minutes to 3 hours,
Grind in a grinder. As a crushing method, a rotary crusher can be used. At this time, the collected bark may be heat-treated and then dried and pulverized, or the bark may be pulverized, heat-treated and then dried. Next, this crushed material is sieved to collect the bark with a particle size of about 10 to 60 mesh, and a certain amount of about 3 to 5 g is taken and filled into a paper or synthetic fiber non-woven bag and sealed. get a bug. (Effect) The Megusurinoki tea bag obtained as described above can be used for 1 to 3 bags per day.
Shake it out for about 30 minutes and drink it to improve your health. In particular, by drinking this megusurinoki tea bag, liver function can be improved or even improved, and it does not cause any side effects. However, when drinking, conventionally there has been a tendency for people to dislike drinking it due to its bitter taste, but by setting the bark particle size in the preferred range of 10 to 60 mesh according to the present invention, the bitter taste can be significantly reduced, making it difficult to drink. The taste is not pleasant, but rather refreshing, making it extremely desirable as a health tea. Example 1 The bark of Acer nikoense Maxim. was peeled, air-dried for one week, and then subjected to dry heat treatment at 100° C. for 2 hours. After pulverizing using a rotary pulverizer, 10 to 60 mesh portions were collected using an auto shifter. If the part is larger than 10 pieces, crush it further.
It was sieved into parts with ~60 mesh and less than 10 mesh. 10~60 mesh portion is about 90% by weight, 60
The portion above mesh was 10% by weight. Take 25g of the above 10-60 mesh portion, and
Non-woven fabric with a density that prevents wood chips from flowing out (using 05EP30 manufactured by Nihon Vilene Co., Ltd.) (6 x 9 cm)
It was stored in a square bag, and the surrounding area was sealed to obtain Megusurinoki Tea Bag 1. When one packet of this megusurinoki tea bag was placed in boiling water of 1800 c.c. and shaken for 10 minutes, light brown megusurinoki tea was obtained. When this extract was distilled to dryness, 0.05 g (1% extraction) of extract was obtained. When the tea was drunk, it had a refreshing aftertaste and almost no bitterness. Example 2 A sensory test was conducted on the tea bags obtained by the method of Example 1 by changing only the bark particle size as shown in the table below by 10 panelists. The results are shown in the table below.

[Table] Bitterness Judgment Criteria The maximum value of 10 panelists was adopted. 1: Not felt at all 2: Slightly bitter 3: Normal bitterness 4: Strong bitterness 5: Severe bitterness As mentioned above, the bitterness is clearly reduced when the particle size is 10 to 60 mesh. Also, those with 5 to 10 meshes have a small amount of extraction and are not effective. Example 3 A person (58-year-old male) who had liver cirrhosis and suffered from anorexia and general malaise symptoms drank two sachets of Megusurinoki Tea Batsugu obtained in Example 1 every day for 3 months, resulting in anorexia and general malaise symptoms. has recovered. (Effects of the invention) The tea bag made from the pulverized bark part of the Tea Tree tree of the present invention, which is stored in a non-woven bag, is convenient for obtaining an extract as described in Example 1, and it has a strong bitterness and is not drinkable. It also has the effect of making unsuitable foods have a refreshing aftertaste and almost no bitterness.
