Abstract

PURPOSE:To accelerate the decomposition of sewage and prevent the effect of a deodorizing agent from lowering due to a rise in the pH of the sewage by a method wherein an aeration device is provided to aerate the sewage in a sewage tank or an acidic substance or sewage decomposition catalyst is added thereto. CONSTITUTION:The decomposition of the sewage discharged from a commode 1 into a sewage tank 6 is accelerated by the aerobic bacteria multiplied by the oxygen supplied from aeration device 22. An acidic substance such as mineral acid and enzyme is added to the sewage tank 6 to maintain the pH of the sewage at a value of 4.0-9.0, whereby the effect of a deodorizing agent can be prevented from lowering due to a rise in the pH value of the sewage with the passage of time. By the addition of the enzyme functioning as a decomposition accelerating catalyst to the sewage tank, the decomposition of the sewage can also be accelerated. When a solid portion of the sewage from the commode 1 is received separately in a solid sewage receiving area 8 by a solid sewage sorting means 13, the force purification of sewage in the sewage tank 6 is further accelerated.

In other words, one of the most important technical issues with this type of equipment that recycles wastewater is to ensure that the wastewater is deodorized, but the duration of the effectiveness of current deodorizers is quite short. However, it was not economically viable as it required frequent replenishment.

In addition, since there is no means to forcibly decompose the waste that gradually accumulates in the sewage tank, the filter often gets clogged, making the filter unhygienic and time-consuming. Not only was it necessary to spend a considerable amount of money on cleaning the equipment, but it also accelerated the corrosion of the equipment.

This acidic substance acts as a neutralizing agent, and alkaline substances such as ammonia gradually accumulate in the wastewater in the wastewater tank s over time, increasing its pH value.
As a result, the deodorizing effect of the deodorant gradually decreases,

To prevent this kind of deterioration of deodorizing effect, the pH value of wastewater should be lowered to 4.

When you use the toilet bowl 1 in this state, the operation of using it, for example, the opening and closing operation of the toilet door, the opening and closing operation of the toilet lid,
As a person sits on or leaves the toilet, a micro switch (not shown) is turned on and off, and based on the electric signal, the circulation pump 11 is energized for a predetermined period of time. The waste water is filtered by the filter 1S, and is then pressure-fed to the wash water discharge pipe 3 and sprayed into the toilet bowl 1.

Of the filth and wash water discharged from the toilet bowl 1 and falling onto the filth receiving shelf 1 in the sewage tank cylinder, only the solid filth is separated and stored in the solid filth receiving compartment 8 by the solid filth sorting means 13 as described above. , Liquid waste and washing water are placed in waste receiving shelf 1.
The wastewater flows into the wastewater tank cylinder through the mesh of the wastewater tank G, and while it remains in the wastewater tank G, it comes into sufficient contact with the air bubbles that continue to blow up from the air diffuser plate 20, and aerobic bacteria present in the wastewater proliferates. , because it actively decomposes organic waste,
Along with the rapid decomposition of foul-smelling components of waste.

On the other hand, the solid waste stored in the fixed waste receiving section 8 also
Since it is forcibly decomposed by the aeration effect of the air blown out from the air diffuser plate 25, the odor disappears quickly, and the liquefaction of solid waste is promoted, making it easier to discharge from the wastewater tank 6.

Even in this case, the decomposition effect of the above-mentioned foul-smelling organic matter by the aeration system W22 works noticeably, so unlike the conventional system in which the aeration system 22 is not provided, deodorizing agent is not frequently replenished into the wastewater tank 6. However, not only is there almost no disturbing odor while using the toilet, but the filter 1S is also less likely to become clogged.

In addition, in the above structure, the detailed structure may of course be changed as appropriate; for example, the shielding wall 16 may be omitted, or the structure or mounting position of the filter 1115, the air diffuser plates 2rJ, 25, etc. may be changed. , even if the oxygen supply device during the nascent stage is omitted, the object of the present invention can be achieved.
